What do you think pain is? Why do we have pain? Is it curable indefinitely? Will we always have pain? How do I get rid of my pain?

Many different ways of looking at pain, we can look at it scientifically, spiritually, and emotional level. Scientifically, pain is a signal sent to the brain as a warning of danger. Spiritually, could mean that you have bad energy, or bad spirits around you. And emotionally we could have pain due to trauma, loss of a loved one, or stress.

No matter how we look at pain, if you treat the symptoms of pain, you will inevitably get no where. The way that is most optimum for treating pain is to find out HOW the pain started and WHY. There is always a reason why we get the pain signals, whether it be from stress, trauma, overuse, or injuries. Once we figure out why and how you got the pain, we can treat it and there will be no more signal of pain.

There are many modalities out there that deal with pain. In my opinion, people have to do their research before trying out any modality. If you are seeking out a practitioner of any kind, you should know:

1. What kind of modalities they use

2. If they have results

3. What kind of person they are

4. If they truly want you to be pain free or a continuous client

5. If you believe in the modality they use

If you do not ask these questions or research, you will be blindly trying to figure out what is going to be best for you. This search could take a long time and if you land on something the first time and it does not help, then you have wasted time, money and energy. To be most efficient, it would be best if you research and find out exactly what you need.

For information on what kind of modalities that are out there and ones that I recommend, send me your email and I will be sending emails out about all the modalities I come across and all the information you need to know about them.

Thank you for reading and remember to always control the basics
